Húsavík Wooden Church
To create this modular kit, I decided to base it on the wooden church I saw on my trip to Iceland. It is in the village of Husavik and I thought it was adorable. For this exercise I had to analyze which parts were repeated, the ornaments, etc. since this exercise was divided into two parts: the modeling part and the texturing part using a trimsheet.
The part that was hardest for me to understand was the roof. I had to look for satellite photos and decipher a part that doesn't follow the same pattern as the others. Anyway, this was my first time doing a project of this kind.
